Healthy Workplace Consultation

Consultation aims to address dynamics which contribute to unhealthy work environments. Through consultation strategic plans are created in order to facilitate healthy, fun and productive workplaces. Consultations are individually curtailed to the needs of each group.

Paraprofessional and Professional Clinical Supervision/Consultation

Clinical supervision/consultation is provided to those seeking guidance in their professional work. Areas address, but not limited to, are case consultations, workplace stress, vicarious trauma, depression and anxiety, decision making, and self-care.

Strategic Planning for Organizations or Groups

Consultation is provided in order to facilitate strategic plans for organizations and groups. The intent is to focus on the group’s strengths and successes to create future plans to address areas of growth. This is intended to facilitate team building through fun activities and future planning.
